Welcome to Year 5 Firecrests!

We hope that you are looking forward to the academic year ahead. We are really looking forward to teaching the children and working alongside you in fostering their love of learning to ensure a happy and successful year!

PE

PE will take place on a Monday and Wednesday.

Home Learning Expectations

Reading: Children are expected to read for a minimum of 15 minutes at least 4 times a week (please ensure this is logged in their Reading Record Books).

Times Tables: Children are expected to be on Times Tables Rock Stars for 30 minutes per week.

Spellings: Children are expected to practise spellings on a daily basis. The spellings to practise each week are on this page.
